Dave is a Chartered Manager and ILM Level 7 Executive Coach with over 20 years of service as an RAF Engineering Officer, followed by senior corporate leadership roles, including PMO leadership at John Crane. His extensive experience in business strategy consulting spans strategic planning, complex project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and people development across high-pressure environments.
PRINCE2-trained and NEBOSH-qualified, he brings structured rigor alongside a practical, people-centered coaching style. Dave works with individuals and teams to strengthen self-awareness, communication, and leadership impact, effectively transforming business strategies to translate reflection into measurable behavioral change and sustainable performance improvement.

Dave is a former Air Commodore with 35 years of service in the Royal Air Force, culminating in senior leadership at the Ministry of Defence Head Office where he oversaw training, education, recruiting, and resettlement for 150,000 personnel. His extensive experience spans operations, strategy, transformation, and large-scale organisational leadership, making him an expert in business strategy consulting.
Now an accredited Level 7 executive coach, EMCC Senior Practitioner, and Chartered CIPD member, Dave works with senior leaders navigating complexity and transition. By blending strategic rigour with emotional intelligence, he creates space for clear thinking, purposeful challenge, and meaningful development, both in the boardroom and beyond.

Andrew is a former senior British Army officer who has led large, multi-disciplinary teams in complex, high-pressure environments at both strategic and operational levels. Following his military career, he transitioned into executive leadership and organisational development, becoming a Level 7 certified coach and Learning and Development Manager.
Andrew works with senior leaders, founders, and executive teams to navigate growth and transformation. His approach is structured, disciplined, and grounded in lived leadership experience, combining clear challenge with psychological safety to drive behavioural change, sharper decision-making, and stronger strategic alignment.

NED100 is a private, invite-only club designed for leaders serious about securing their first or next non-executive director role. Unlike large networks where building meaningful connections can be challenging, NED100 gathers a carefully selected group of just 100 aspiring NEDs focused on transforming business strategies and actively developing their board careers.
Membership is free, but entry is selective, requiring applicants to demonstrate a credible pathway towards board-level roles.
Inside the club, members have access to focused boardroom discussions, guest speakers, governance insights, and curated introductions that help them better understand how boards operate and how to position themselves effectively.
